Seed Preperation And Pressing Unit

For the processing of oil seeds, a preliminary preparation should be done according to the type of oil seed.

The first process to apply all kinds of oil seeds is to clean the  materials in the seed. In general double-line vibrating or eccentric sieves are used for this purpose.

To avoid damaging the crushers,catchers are used  to collect iron, bolts,stones etc.

Hull seperation is made to increase protein in cake.

Oil seeds such as sunflower, soybean, cotton seed, aspir seed are first subjected to breaking. (Carver type crushers, roller type breaker, wing type crushers, hummer mill crushers etc.)

The pellets are then pneumatically removed with pneumatic sieves or zigzag channels called aspirators.

The next step is the conditioning  process. All the seeds are flaked and rolled 0,30-0,35 mm in rollers with rollers, and for easy pressing  the oil cells are exploded.
