Steam Boiler Unit

One of the essentials of oil factories is steam boilers. Because steam is used at every stage except seed cleaning and preparation.

The steam requirement also decreases or increases depending on the capacity,

600-1000 kg / ton of steam is used according to the type of seed.

Steam boilers are classified as follows:

1. Coal and husk fuel boiler

2. Liquid fuel boiler

3. There may be LNG, LPG or natural gas boilers.

The commonly used vapor pressure is around 8-12 bars.

Steam boilers are classified depending on the combustion system as follows:

a. Boiler with coal stocker and grate burners

B. Coal burners with chain grate

c. Stair type grate burners

D. Boilers with gas burners
